Inside the Course

Build a Professional Shopify Store From Scratch

Create a polished, supplier-ready Shopify demo store, even if you have never built a website before.

The Shopify Store Blueprint walks you through the complete store-building process, one step at a time. You will learn how to turn your chosen niche into a professional online store that demonstrates your commitment to potential suppliers and gives you a solid foundation for launching your business.

No coding or technical background required.

Your Store Comes Before Supplier Approval

Many new e-commerce entrepreneurs face the same problem: suppliers want to see a professional website before approving an account, but you do not yet have access to their products, images, or pricing.

This course shows you how to solve that problem by building a demo store.

A demo store uses carefully selected placeholder products and content to show suppliers how their brands could be presented. It helps establish your credibility and gives you a real store to improve as your supplier relationships grow.

What You Will Build

By the end of the course, you will have a complete Shopify demo store with:

  • A professional homepage

  • Organized product collections

  • Demo products appropriate for your niche

  • Essential business pages and store policies

  • A clear main menu and footer navigation

  • A simple, cohesive brand identity

  • A logo and color palette

  • Helpful blog and educational content

  • A functional store layout ready for supplier outreach

You will also understand how the main parts of Shopify work together, so you can confidently manage and expand your store after the course.

This Course Is For You If

  • You have selected a niche and are ready to start building

  • You need a professional website before contacting suppliers

  • You feel overwhelmed by Shopify’s settings and terminology

  • You want clear instructions instead of piecing together random tutorials

  • You prefer to build your store yourself

  • You have little or no web design or coding experience

  • You want to use AI and accessible tools to complete the work more efficiently

What You Need Before Starting

This course begins after you have completed your niche selection and initial market research.

Before starting, you should have:

  • A selected and validated niche

  • At least ten identified competitors

  • A preliminary list of at least fifteen potential suppliers

If you have not completed these steps, begin with the niche selection and market research training before building your store.

You Do Not Need to Be Technical

Shopify gives you the tools to build and manage a professional store without writing code.

The course shows you where to find each setting, how the different parts of your store connect, and how to make practical design decisions without getting stuck on minor details.

You will focus on consistency, usability, and credibility rather than trying to make everything perfect before you launch.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I am Monique Peters.

After leaving my career on Wall Street, I built a flexible business around e-commerce and Shopify. Over the years, I have built more than 30 Shopify stores from the ground up.

I created this course to make the store-building process easier to understand, especially for people starting a new business without a technical background.

I will guide you through the process in plain language and show you how to create a store that looks professional, functions properly, and helps you approach suppliers with greater confidence.

Your Store Is the Foundation

Once your demo store is complete, you will be ready to:

  • Begin approaching potential suppliers

  • Show suppliers how their products could appear on your website

  • Replace demo products as supplier accounts are approved

  • Continue improving your content and design

  • Build on a professional foundation instead of starting over

Your first version does not need to be perfect. It needs to demonstrate that you are building a credible business and are prepared to represent your suppliers professionally.
